HealiCrystal® stands by the quality of all our new HealiCrystal®-branded products, whether you purchase them directly from our website, a trusted marketplace, or any reputable distributor. We guarantee that these products are free from defects in materials and workmanship when used under normal conditions as per the provided instructions. Please note that any damage, misuse, or alterations will void the warranty.

Here's what you need to know about our Limited Warranty:

The warranty covers purchases made through authorized HealiCrystal® retailers, regardless of where or how you buy our products. It starts from the date of delivery, and any valid proof of purchase, such as a PayPal record, credit card statement, store receipt, or invoice, is sufficient.

We strongly encourage you to register any HealiCrystal® product you purchase using the associated warranty card number, which can be found on the warranty card included with your product.

If your product is defective (excluding physical damage resulting from incorrect or negligent use) within the warranty period, you can receive a free replacement from HealiCrystal® (typically a refurbished model, subject to availability and your product's condition). To initiate a warranty claim, please contact support@healicrystal.com. For more details, refer to our Return & Shipping Policy.

It's essential to note that if the product you return is not found to be defective or shows clear user-induced damage, we may return it to you (at your expense) or offer a trade-in option. Customers in Hawaii, Alaska, and international locations are responsible for shipping costs for replacements, exchanges, and returns.

If the warranty period has expired, you won't be eligible to file a warranty claim with HealiCrystal®. However, you can still take advantage of our trade-in policy to replace your unit at a significantly reduced price.

Additionally, some credit cards provide a free additional year of warranty coverage. After 365 days, you can contact your credit card provider, provide them with your purchase date, and inquire about warranty replacement.

HealiCrystal® warrants that all new HealiCrystal®-branded products sold directly through the HealiCrystal® website, a marketplace or any legitimate distribution channel are free from defects in material and workmanship when used under normal conditions in accordance with instruction.

The Limited Warranty applies to purchases made from the HealiCrystal® website as well as from authorized retailers of HealiCrystal® from any territory or platform.

Please refer to the following terms and conditions related to the Limited Warranty:

Warranty coverage begins on the date of delivery.

Customers must first contact HealiCrystal’s support team to initiate a warranty claim. The customer must provide all relevant information related to the claimed defect. The customer may be asked to provide either photo or video documentation.

Order number, order confirmation, or any valid proof of purchase as well as the product’s serial number must be provided.

The issue may be resolved through troubleshooting. If troubleshooting does not solve the issue, it may be the result of a defect related to the controller or the device itself.

For controller replacements, customers can receive a free replacement controller.

Customers must share the number of metal prongs on the plastic connector located on the mat to ensure they receive the correct controller.

Customers may be asked to return their defective controller.

Customers must return any heated device claimed to be defective to the HealiCrystal® warehouse prior to receiving a replacement. Shipments must be received within the warranty period. Items received in our warehouse after the warranty period are not subject to replacements.

HealiCrystal® will reimburse any reasonable shipping cost in the form of store credit (free shipping included). Customers must provide a shipping receipt to be reimbursed.

Customers must receive a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number prior to shipment and share the tracking information with a HealiCrystal® support representative. Failure to do so may result in a delay of the replacement process.

Customers must include the device’s controller with the return shipment.

Warranty is void after one replacement during coverage period.

Intentional damage, negligent use against instruction or common sense, or alteration will void the warranty.

HealiCrystal® reserves the right to void any warranty or refuse policy in the rare case of customer’s dishonesty, scam, false publications, abuse of HealiCrystal® products or its personnel.

Customers must not cut any of the tags or labels on the back of the mat or the warranty will be voided.

The Warranty Period for all HealiCrystal® products is one (1) year from the date of purchase, unless longer coverage is specified for certain products or under specific terms.
