Right now, we only apply Sales Tax if your shipping or billing address is in Florida. However, tax laws can change, and it's possible that other states may require us to collect sales taxes for their shipments in the future. If you didn't pay Sales Tax when buying a product, it's your responsibility to pay the Tax.

At HealiCrystal, each of our products is crafted with precision by highly skilled specialists and undergoes rigorous testing throughout the manufacturing process. Following assembly, our products undergo a meticulous 35-point quality check to ensure top-notch quality. These tests cover various aspects, including EMF insulation, heat levels, heating duration, size, weight, packaging, stone quality, negative ion levels, infrared properties, and several other measurements. Before shipping, all our products go through one more round of testing.

Once you place an order, we recheck the product(s) before sending them to you. You might notice that the box appears to have been opened before; this is because we conduct another quality check and include additional printed materials.

Despite our commitment to producing exceptionally durable products with an industry-leading low defect rate and a triple-stage quality control process, we offer a risk-free 90-day trial and hassle-free warranty coverage for up to 2 years.

At HealiCrystal, we want to ensure a smooth process for orders of $2,500 or more. When you place an order exceeding $2,500, one of our friendly HealiCrystal representatives will reach out to you via email or phone to confirm the details. If for any reason we can't get in touch with you, or if the contact information provided is incorrect, we'll temporarily hold the order until we hear back from you. Your satisfaction is our priority!

To ensure the safe and timely delivery of your product, HealiCrystal exclusively partners with top national and international carriers for shipping. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you'll receive a confirmation email containing tracking information, allowing you to keep an eye on your package's journey.

While we're always ready to assist with any shipment issues to the best of our ability, once a package departs from our warehouse, there's often limited action we can take. If you encounter delivery problems or notice issues in the tracking information, please reach out promptly to make a claim with the carrier and inform us of the situation within 3 days. After this 3-day period, claims can only be processed with a valid police report.

Please take note of the following terms and conditions regarding shipments:

  • It's the responsibility of customers to contact the shipping carrier if any changes are needed for the shipment.

  • If a customer requests to cancel an order after it has shipped, they must refuse the shipment upon delivery. Otherwise, the customer will be responsible for shipping the product back at their own cost. This return will then be treated as part of the 90-Day Trial Period.

  • We offer expedited shipping for all orders at an additional cost. With expedited shipments, customers can typically expect delivery within 2-3 days (depending on location) after the order leaves the HealiCrystal warehouse. Please note that expedited shipping is not available for international orders.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information. If a shipment-related issue arises and we cannot reach the customer, HealiCrystal cannot be held liable for any associated costs.

  • In cases of multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts, the customer is responsible for reaching out to the local shipping office to arrange for delivery. If the delivery ultimately fails, resulting in the product's automatic return to our warehouse, the customer is responsible for any associated return fees. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated.

HealiCrystal offers an extensive warranty program, and we want to ensure that you have a smooth experience when using it. To make the most of our policies, it's important to follow the correct procedures. Please find below the return policies for each of our warranty programs.

At HealiCrystal, we keep a record of every serial number for all sales, returns, exchanges, and warranties. It's crucial to adhere to our return and exchange policy guidelines to avoid voiding your warranty.

Before diving into the specifics of each warranty program's return policies, please take note of the following general points about our Return Policy:

  • If you're sending a unit back at your own expense, make sure to provide the return tracking information to a HealiCrystal representative. Failure to do so may result in delays in the return process.

  • When returning a gemstone mat that needs to be folded, please fold it inwards and follow the predetermined folding locations (medium mats fold in half, full-sized mats fold into thirds). Mats that aren't folded correctly will be considered misused.

  • In the event of an issue during the return shipping process, it's the customer's responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier and notify HealiCrystal about the problem.

At HealiCrystal, we reserve the right to void any warranty or deny support in exceptionally rare cases involving customer dishonesty, scams, false publications, or abuse directed toward HealiCrystal and its personnel. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

90-Day Risk-Free Trial Return Policy

HealiCrystal offers a 90-Day Free Risk-Free Trial with every wellness set purchase. If, for any reason, you're not satisfied within 90 days of delivery, you can return your product to us, even though we're confident you'll love it right from the start.

Please take a moment to review the return procedure below:

  1. For a 90-day return, ensure the product is in working and original condition.

  2. Customers should initiate a 90-day return by contacting HealiCrystal's support team. You'll need to provide your order number, order confirmation, or any valid proof of purchase that includes the order date.

  3. You will receive a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number from a HealiCrystal representative before shipping.

  4. Prepare your package for shipment and include a note with the provided RGA number. Make sure all contents (controller, covers, etc.) that came with the product are included in the return.

  5. Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping, and please note that the original shipping cost (including free shipping) is non-refundable.

  6. Once your product is received at the HealiCrystal warehouse, it will undergo testing to confirm its functionality and condition.

  7. After confirming the condition, we will proceed to refund the purchase price (minus shipping).

  8. For customers in Hawaii, Alaska, and international locations, please be aware that you are responsible for the cost of shipping for both returns and exchanges.

Limited Warranty Return Policy

HealiCrystal includes a limited warranty (up to 2-years) with every purchase of a wellness set that protects against manufacturing defects when used under normal conditions and in accordance with instruction and common sense. In the case of a manufacturing defect, the customer can receive a replacement of the same product as long as they are still within the warranty period (terms and conditions may apply).

Please carefully review the return procedure for replacements covered by the limited warranty below:

Initiating a Warranty Claim

Customers must first contact HealiCrystal’s support team to initiate a warranty claim. The customer must provide all relevant information related to the claimed defect. The customer may be asked to provide either photo or video documentation.

Order number, order confirmation, or any valid proof of purchase as well as the product’s serial number must be provided.

The issue may be resolved through troubleshooting. If troubleshooting does not solve the issue, it may be the result of a defect related to the controller or the device itself.

Replacement of Controller

If the malfunction is the result of a controller defect, we will offer a replacement. Customers must share with us the number of prongs included on the plastic connector located on the unit to ensure that they receive the correct controller.

If the customer is covered by the 1-Year Warranty or is within the first year of 2-Year Warranty, we will ship the controller for free.

If the customer is past the first year of the 5-Year Warranty, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost.

Hawaii, Alaska, and all international customers will be responsible for shipping both ways for all replacements.

Replacement of Unit

If the malfunction is the result of a unit defect (or if the controller replacement didn’t resolve the issue), we will offer a replacement of the unit.

HealiCrystal requires that the customer’s unit be returned to our warehouse for inspection purposes prior to the shipment of any replacement. Customers must receive an RGA number before they ship the unit to the HealiCrystal warehouse.

If the customer is within the 1-Year Warranty or the first year of the 5-Year Warranty, the return shipping cost will be refunded to the customer in the form of store credit (customer must provide shipping receipt).

If the customer has surpassed the first year of the 2-Year Warranty, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Hawaii, Alaska, and all international customers will be responsible for shipping both ways for all replacements.

After confirming the unit malfunction is the result of a manufacturing defect, HealiCrystal will proceed with the replacement. If the customer is within the 1-Year Warranty or the first year of the 2-Year Warranty, they will be sent a free replacement.

If the customer has surpassed the first year of the 2-Year Warranty, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the replacement.

Furthermore, replacements past the first year of the 2-Year Warranty are subject to a deductible cost of a certain percentage of the retail cost of the item. Please see terms and conditions for related deductible costs.

Customers will receive a coupon code with a value of the product’s retail cost minus the deductible cost. (Example: if customer is within the second year of the 2-Year Warranty, they will receive a 50% off code as second year replacements are subject to a 50% deductible)

If the inspection determines that the malfunction is not the result of a manufacturing defect or if there does not appear to be a defect, we will ship the unit back to the customer (at customer’s expense), accept it as a trade-in, or dispose of it if the customer refuses to take it back.

Lifetime Trade-In Program Return Policy

HealiCrystal proudly offers the world's best lifetime trade-in policy. No matter the condition of your mat or whether it's still under warranty, you can always send it back to us for a trade-in and use part of its retail price toward a new purchase. Your mat is never truly worthless!

Here's how it works:

  1. To initiate a Trade-In, start by contacting HealiCrystal's support team. You'll need to provide your order number, order confirmation, or any valid proof of purchase.

  2. Once you receive an RGA number (Return Goods Authorization), you're free to ship your unit back to us. Please note that customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs to our warehouse.

  3. Upon arrival at our warehouse, you'll receive a coupon code with Trade-In credit worth half the retail price of the product.

  4. You can then place an order on HealiCrystal's website and apply your Trade-In credit. Keep in mind that Trade-In credit can only be used on HealiCrystal.com for purchases equal to or greater than double the Trade-In credit amount.

Lifetime Upgrade Program Return Policy

If you ever decide you'd like a larger or more advanced HealiCrystal product, you've got the option to upgrade your current one! It's a straightforward process: just send us your product, and once we confirm that it's fully functional, we'll give you full credit for the retail price of your product.

Here's how it works:

  1. Products qualify for the Lifetime Upgrade Policy if they are fully functional and in good cosmetic condition. If not, they are still eligible for the Lifetime Trade-In Policy.

  2. To start an Upgrade, contact HealiCrystal's support team first. Provide your order number, order confirmation, or any valid proof of purchase.

  3. Once you receive an RGA number (Return Goods Authorization), you're free to ship your unit back to us. Remember, customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs to our warehouse.

  4. Upon arrival at our warehouse, we'll test and inspect the unit to confirm it's fully functional and in good cosmetic condition. If not, it will be eligible for the Trade-In policy.

  5. Once your unit is accepted as an Upgrade, you'll receive a coupon code with your Upgrade credit.

  6. You can then place an order on HealiCrystal's website and apply your Upgrade credit. Just keep in mind that Upgrade credit can only be used on HealiCrystal.com for purchases equal to or greater than double the Upgrade credit amount.
