Lifetime Trade-In Policy

At HealiCrystal®, we proudly offer the world's best Lifetime Trade-In Policy. No matter the condition of your FIR mat and cushion or whether your set is still under warranty, you can always send it to us for a trade-in and use half of its Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) toward a new purchase. It doesn't matter when or where you bought your original HealiCrystal® product – it's never worthless!

Here's how it works:

Let's say you invested $1,000 in a HealiCrystal® that's now 5 years old or has been accidentally damaged within the warranty period, rendering it unusable. Don't toss it! Send it in, and you can get 50% of the MSRP (in this case, 50% of $1,000 = $500) as credit toward a new purchase. With that credit, you can essentially get your original set at half the price!

You can also use your credit to purchase a set that's worth more than your original one or opt for a refurbished model of your original set (subject to availability). If you choose to:

Buy a set worth more than your original mat, you can apply your credit and cover the remaining balance. For example, if you want to use your $500 credit toward a $1,500 item, you'll pay the remaining $1,000 (plus shipping) out of pocket. The same rule applies if you buy multiple items totaling more than your original set.

If you decide on a set worth less than your original one, your credit can only cover up to 50% of the purchase price. For instance, if you have $500 in credit and want to buy a $300 item, you can apply $150 of your credit to the purchase and pay the remaining $150 (plus shipping) out of pocket. The remaining credit (in this example, $350) can be used for future purchases.

Your Trade-In credit is applicable for items on sale but can only cover up to 50% of the sale price.

Purchasing a refurbished model of your original set (or any set) follows the same 50% coverage rule. For example, if you have $500 in credit and want to buy a refurbished version of your original mat worth $800, you can apply $400 of your credit and pay the remaining $400 (plus shipping) out of pocket. The remaining credit (in this example, $100) can be used for future purchases. Please note that refurbished models come with a 90-day manufacturing warranty and aren't eligible for the HealiCrystal® Accident Protection Plan.

Terms and Conditions for the Lifetime Trade-In Policy:

• Customers are responsible for all shipping expenses associated with this program.

• Before returning their product, customers must contact the HealiCrystal® Support Team and obtain a return goods authorization (RGA) code.

• Trade-In codes cannot be combined with any other coupon codes.

• If you choose to return a product that was purchased with Trade-In Credit, you will receive your credit back, and you'll be refunded the out-of-pocket cost (excluding shipping costs).

• In the rare case of customer dishonesty, scams, false publications, or abuse offenses related to HealiCrystal® or its personnel, HealiCrystal® reserves the right to void any warranty or refuse policy.
