  • Before initiating a return under the 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee, please get in touch with our HealiCrystal® team to start the process and receive a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) code. This step is crucial to ensure a smooth refund process.

  • To be eligible for a return, please provide your order information or a valid proof of purchase that includes the order date.

  • We will issue a refund equivalent to the price you paid for the product. However, please be aware that the original shipping cost, even in cases of free shipping, will not be reimbursed.

  • The responsibility for shipping the product back to HealiCrystal® rests with the customer, and we do not provide prepaid return labels for 90-day returns.

  • It's important to share the return tracking information with HealiCrystal® once your shipment is on its way. This will help prevent delays in processing your refund.

  • Please note that the 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee applies exclusively to new products purchased from www.healicrystal.com. If you made your purchase through another distributor, you should contact them directly for information regarding their return policy.

  • When returning the product, please ensure that you include all the items that originally came with it, such as all mats and cushions (including acupuncture), controllers, covers, and any other components.

  • We reserve the right to void any warranty or refuse policy in cases involving customer dishonesty, scams, false publications, or abuse directed at HealiCrystal® or its personnel.

For a full refund, the product must be in fully functional and original cosmetic condition upon return. Upon receipt of your product, we will conduct an inspection and test to determine its condition. Please be aware that a restocking fee of 10% to 30% of the purchase price may apply, depending on the product's condition.
